How to Create a User Account

1. Click "Create an Account" in the upper right hand corner of your browser.
2. Enter a name in the Name field
3. Enter a username
   Note: For doctors, practices, hospitals, or lodging/spa facilities consider a username that will help identify you to patients.
4. Enter a password, it must be a minimum of 4 characters (we recommend at least 8), consider adding numbers and special characters to make it stronger.
5. Enter your email address, an email address can only be used for a single account on the MediMundi site.
6. Select the type of account you are creating. 
   Note: For doctors, practices, hospitals, or lodging/spa facilities make sure you select the correct account, your options as you operate on the MediMundi site will be determined by your account type.
7. Select the country you are located in.
8. You must agree to the "Terms & Conditions" to create your account.
9. Enter the text from the reCaptcha field to verify you are a human being and not an automated system creating an account just to spam others with junk.  We apologize for the invonvenience of this step but it is unfortunately necessary.
10. After clicking "Register" you will be sent an activation email to the email address you entered in step 5.  Once you have activated your account you will be able to login with your username and password.
